Context
The trend of digital transformation and cashless payments is thriving in Vietnam, driving the growth of the digital economy.
Due to rising living costs, expanding investment opportunities, and the pressure to achieve long-term goals like buying a house, young people are compelled to manage their personal finances wisely to reach their future financial goals sooner.
Problem Statement
After conducting extensive user research, including surveys, app audits, and various analysis phases, Alconomy has identified four core problem statements that users frequently encounter. These insights serve as the foundation for designing solutions that effectively address their financial management challenges.
Solution
In daily life, many individuals aged 25-35 struggle with managing finances effectively. Therefore, Alconomy was created, utilizing AI to automatically track finances, budget, and provide optimal financial suggestions, helping to change people's money management habits and make smarter financial decisions.
User behavior
To guide users in tracking their income and expenses while regularly planning their finances, Alconomy introduces a continuous loop of three actions. The goal is to create a significant impact through a small habit—recording income and expenses.

After refining the business processes, we moved on to the stages of functional decomposition and defining both required and non-required features. Once everything was in place, Alconomy proceeded to design the application's UI
